Wholesaling in Memphis, TN
Hi all. I'm a new wholesaler in the Memphis area. How do you find a good title companies that are familiar with assignment contracts? How do you find an assignment contract document? I have a potential seller and I want to move quick. Also, the home is in the seller's sibling name so how would the seller go about getting the title put in their name? Quickclaim deed? Any advice is appreciated!
