- How is the city outlook for Memphis? Population an job growth? 

- Do you think downtown revitalization project will have meaningful impact?

- How difficult will be to find good and reliable property management for large apartments, 50-100 units or more?

- Any specific part of the city to avoid?

Looking for good cash flow along with stability (lower turnover, evictions etc.)
