Could anyone tell me about the Franklin Special School District ?

Williamson county has a very good school system. I've noticed the schools in FSSD are good but the free-lunch ratio is high. Secondly, the county property tax rate for FSSD is also high at $2.679.

Other posts mentioned that FSSD spend 70% of its revenue in education but I'd just like to have some insider information on the details. How are the schools being managed? What are the demographic or low-income/section 8 renters ratio?
