Looking for a real estate investor lawyer in Knoxville, TN that is affordable and recommended. Needed to help set up entities and long term to look over leases, documents, etc.
Thanks for your help

I have used:
Egerton McAfee Armistead & Davis, P.C.
You can ask for Atty Chris Trump. Their firm handles a lot of the larger real estate transactions in Knoxville and surrounding areas. They aren't the cheapest in town but not sure you want that when it comes to protecting yourself and your investments. They also have access to lenders in the area.
By way of disclosure, Chris is my cousin, but he and his firm have handled several legal matters for my hotel here in East Tennessee and I would not recommend them if I wasn't confident they can handle even the most complicated legal real estate transactions.
Hope this helps...

I spoke with a TN/VA lawyer about this last week. Derek Malcolm in Bristol TN... good guy and knows his stuff regarding entities. He could even hang with me on anonymous ownership via LLCs owned by out of state LLCs.
Another fella I've learned from is Mark Kohler, CPA and tax lawyer, and his quick hitting youtube videos. Surprising the amount you can learn if you're just starting out. His firm has a streamlined process at fairly cheap prices.
