Sub diving lots/new construction
Does anyone have experience sub dividing lots and then building a new house/multifamily on the new lot? There is a bunch of waste space on the side of the lot that would be perfect for a new property. I've reached out to the country to see what the process would be to get the lot divided into two. Does anyone have experience in this process? What is the construction loan process? Property is in a suburb of Chattanooga, TN located in Fort O, GA.
