Hello there I just created my business about 6 months ago receive my LlC, and build some business credit. I'm ready to start my Airbnb business but I'm having a hard time getting someone to accept STR! I need advice! Can anyone point me in the right direction that accept STR and have a vacant 1bedroom or 2. In the downtown, uptown, midtown area

@Lemeequce Mcgee it sounds like you're trying to do rental arbitrage. That's a numbers game, as you might have to reach out to 100+ landlords before finding one that will take a chance on you. If you don't have the means to save up for your own property, find a way to partner with someone. Good luck!
