Hi! I am a brand new investor looking to invest in Houston from out-of-state. Does anyone know any good real estate agents in Houston experienced in helping out-of-state investors, as well as any great PM that work with OOS? Thank you in advance!

@Jerry Ta agree! And moreover... many investors use us (an engineering firm) who understand the inaccuracies of the Flood Map. Before a purchase we are able to qualify if a property can be removed off the map. A Flood Zone designation removal results in removing the lender mandates to purchase flood insurance, and creates a ton of savings and NOI and prop value.

@Jenning Y. @Catherine Ding Don't rule a flood zone property until we can give you our insight / recommendations.  If it can be removed, that could be an even more attractive deal!
