Hi RE Houston Investors,

I recently moved from an overseas assignment back to Houston.  I am wanting to get into the business (just like everyone else) of flipping.  I have some buy and hold experience in Colorado but flipping just sounds fun and exciting.  

I am a private money lender.  

I want to pay for my education, not through GURU's but through on-the-job experience.  I have the ability to fund deals and share profits in order to learn to flip.  If someone has a flip deal, and you are looking for funding please reach out and we'll talk about how I might be able to help fund your deal while you help me learn the process and WE can both profit.
