Harris county Delinquent taxes access

How can i get a delinquent tax list for Harris County ?

I have gone through Mike Sullivan's website (Tax assessor) and you have to know a particular name and address.  As we all know, this is an awesome target in the real estate investing world.

I need a complete list of addresses and names. I know it should be in public records, but i am not sure where to look. is there a program i have to buy?

http://taxsales.lgbs.com/  and also several subscription services like foreclosehouston.com and realacquisitons.com offer better formatted lists that you can search, sort and even do mailouts to.  If you plan to attend the Harris County auctions be prepared for a zoo.  Be sure you take Linda Muscarello's class on investing in foreclosure BEFORE you buy anything at the auctions.  There are very specific rules/laws/guidelines and the auctions are dominated by some very successful and coordinated groups of bidders who work together to knock out competition from newbies.
