Hi BPers in Houston Metro area, I'm putting in an offer on a small multifamily in Rosenberg TX.  The numbers look pretty good and it's a lower rental property.  But I'm curious as to your thoughts on the rental market and the economy of Rosenberg.  care to pitch in?

My concern would be flooding. Communities along the Brazos were hit pretty hard during the Memorial Day flood.
