What's the best way to take title?
I got into a bidding war that started at 6:30 in the morning and got the contract! (Yay!) Planning on this house being our homestead (buying with cash, some borrowed from our Roth IRA's) and using the equity to buy rentals. Would it be advantageous to put this home only in my husband's name so that we can each carry 4 conventional mortgages?
