Hockley Houston Bouer landing

i have an offer to buy a new single family in Hockley Houston in a new neighborhood called" Bouer landing". the company that sell is 'Greystone" i wonted to check if any of you know something about Hockley and abaut Bouer landing, it seems like a rural area and seems like a total new neighborhood. prices on the area, is it a good area to invest ( buy and hold) etc.
somthing about the Greystone" company. or something about a devaluation of the properties there on 2016? if any of you know anything that might help i will be grateful
