Hi Y'all,

I'm in a process of closing a deal in Houston, TX and seller wants me to pay all the closing cost. So I'm looking for a title company who are reasonable in their "TITLE Charges". Any recommendation

    @Hiren Patani Title insurance rates are regulated by the state. The biggest difference between title companies comes down to service
