New Construction - Retail Strip Center - Broker Rep Needed

Hi All,

I am working on a 20,000 Sq. Ft. retail strip center in Pearland, TX. Framing is done and we are looking forward to leasing the space. ETA is about 45 days until completion. Does anyone have a good experience with a brokerage in Houston? 

Any other tips to find a great brokerage are greatly appreciated.
