Comps Source for Newbie
I’m very new to the wholesaling arena and need some advice on sources for comps. I’ve heard REIPro might work or try Zillow (which is probably not accurate). I actually have an inactive real estate license but I don’t know if the fees and trying to find a broker that is ok with investing or wholesaling is possible.
Any suggestions?
