New Western Acquisitions Houston

New to the Houston area (living in Spring) and looking to better understand the New Western Acquisitions model/experiences.  Has anyone had success with this wholesaling group, or another local wholesaler?  Looking to purchase our first fix and flip locally, but looking for some direction and guidance.

Realistically the only way to flip houses is to source your own deals. Depending on wholesalers for deals is a recipe for disaster, especially the larger institutional ones.

That's why they have a constant need to hire new agents to scour each area for new investors. Luckily for them, there's always another inexperienced person looking to do their first flip.
