Galveston Flood insurance

I am trying to put my numbers together to evaluate a potential investment and need a little help.  Does anyone have an idea of the cost for $130k of flood insurance coverage in Galveston? It is in Flood zone AE and the owner doesn't have a elevation certificate.  The house is located south of broadway and east of 61st and is not raised.  This would be a rental.  Any help would be appreciated.

Brendan

He's super knowledgeable  will get you a quote with the right coverage in the snap of a finger.   You can tell him you received his info from Jack with Marvel Equity and he is out of League City.

I tried to post his number and email but BP doesn't allow it so just sent it to you in an email.

Jack, can you please send me the contact info. also? My agent’s turnaround time could cost me a deal.
