Hello fellow BP family! I'm new and just upgraded to PRO and ready to kick 'RE Butt' in 2020! Anyone working in the New Caney/Kingwood/Atascocita area?

Also, can anyone recommend a RE attorney who can help set up an LLC and a RE accountant? Thanks!

My opinion differs from the masses. The cost to setup an LLC is so minimal, why wait? If you ever want to get business credit (unicorn) your business will need to be seasoned. I've had my LLC for several years and still haven't gotten the ever-evasive business credit, but I've been asked on many occasions, "Have you been in business for at least two years?" Setup your LLC, get a business bank account then start paying bills from that account.
