Distressed homes in Houston

Posted

Hello Everyone,

I’m Antonio Felder a recent Army retiree, new to the Houston real estate market/area and I’m looking to network with other investors and join real estate meetup groups. I’m looking for the best areas to look for distressed homes in the market because I want to wholesale my first deal and build cash to fund bigger deals and other strategies. Feel free to reach out to me, any advice would be great.

We almost all veterans over here at Jet - feel free to give us a call and we can answer some questions you might have.  We have a lot of video content online as well.  Find a loan officer you like and give one of us a call.

As far as local REI groups, I second Gabe Rodarte, he puts out a lot of good stuff. Also look into Houston Buyers Club and AC Ramos Prosperity Group.
