New to wholesaling and flipping!

Hi everyone! I’m reading a bigger pockets book currently and decided to take a look at some Redfin and Craigslist listings that might be worth to invest, but I’m finding that the deals aren’t very good in the Houston area. Or most likely I’m not looking in the right places. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?
