Hello, I am looking for a real estate investor with multiple SFHs and multi fam property around the Houston area. I owned 2 SFHs before and looking to acquire more. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but, asking for a mentor in this manner is probably a sure fire way to ensure you don't get one. There is a ton of information on this site alone about how to find a mentor and offer value to them, I'd start with a search on that topic.
