FHA Loan in Houston, Texas
Hello, I'm a fairly new investor in real estate getting ready to get my hands on. I've read on this website, https://fhaloans.guide/loan-li..., that in Houston you aren't able to use the FHA loan for real estate investing. I'm not sure if this is true, but if there is any investors in the Houston area that has been in the real estate investing game for long or someone using the FHA loan currently on a investment in Houston, please reach out to me about this.

@Krish Oza Hi, i'm new to investing too. i bought my first SFH in September 2020 with FHA, i'm living in it for one year then I want to rent it out. I know that the FHA loan is not meant for investors but i think as long as you follow the requirements (living there for 1 year) then you will be fine. sorry if this doesn't answer your question.
