Occupancy Rate for Energy Corridor Area
Hi fellow investors!
I am analyzing a deal in the Energy Corridor area of Houston. The difference between the deal working and not working is my projected occupancy rate of 91% vs 95%. I am wondering if anyone in the area can share what they typically see for occupancy rate. The units are 1bd 1bth with parking and water included for $925. Any help is much appreciated!
