Hi! I am an RN and my hubby is an electrical engineer and we are going to begin investing in real estate this year. Specifically, we would like to start with a house hack in the Houston area, although we haven't dialed in on a specific area yet. We would love to connect with a real estate agent that typically works with investors and/or connect with any investors that have any tips on the following: 

1) Finding a multi family home in the Houston area for a house hack (1-4 units)

2) Advice on selling vs renting our current single family home that we reside in.
