hard money lender referrals
Im located in Houston TX, so far I have done a total of 2 flips working on getting another one soon. One of my goals this month is to meet new hard money lenders who will be able to work with me. I've meet some but they require more experience which is understandable. Does anyone have any hard money lenders that they would like to share with me? I would greatly appreciate any contacts or advice.
