Question About My New 4Plex

Hi Everyone.

Im new to BiggerPockets and this is my first question. 

Im looking to buy a 4plex in San Antonio, TX and move into one of the units. Is there any way that I can get bank financing without an FHA loan or without having to put 25% down ?

If anyone has any good advice for me it would be much appreciated.
