Hello, I am looking to purchase either mf or sfh that is way below market and in need of rehab. My plan is to do a reno then hold it and rent it out. I would love any recomendations on agents or folks looking to partner up on something like that. Thanks!

I think everyone is looking for that type of deal. What are you doing to try to find one of those deals?  Agents are probably not the ones  who have wholesale type of deals. You have to get out there and do some marketing to find the deals.
