What list services are you using?

Question

I am looking for a list service to help me with prospecting new properties but I am not sure what all is out there.  Would some of you share what services you use successfully?

@James Walker I think one mentioned on the podcast was listsource? I haven't used one yet though but I agree with others that D4D is a good strategy but takes time.

@Rick Pozos D4D works to a point, unless you have someone driving for you, it is hard to scale. Eventually, a list site can alleviate some of that.

I have never used a list service. I would go directly to the people that you are trying to contact. Maybe the county if you are looking for tax properties, or the county for pre-foreclosures.

Drive for dollars to build your list yourself.

Ask friends and family in the area to do some of the leg work for you. Have them tell you the address of the property that they see that looks vacant or in need of repairs.

What are you doing right now to find deals??
