Nacogdoches Duplex: Need advice!
Hello, I am looking at an opportunity off Nacogdhoches just North of 410. Does anyone have experience in this area? My rental portfolio is primarily in West Texas so I am not as familiar with this area. I have always thought a duplex would be a great rental property but could use some advice on the area. My biggest concern is the ARV. I can't find a reliable source for a good estimate.

@Joseph OHare hey man. Right now In San Antonio is rough. Almost no multi families exist that meets all the number your hoping. Building a multi family might be your best bet.
On another topic where in west Texas you investing? After working out there I can definitely see the allure.
