Hello Bigger pockets San Antonio. A few weeks ago I got some good advice here about how to get my real estate licence. Well now I have passed my state exam and now need to find a good brokerage. Any recommendations and advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you plan to work with a lot of investors, I would find a broker with a strong in-house property management team. That was my number 1 criteria when choosing a broker, because I primarily work with out of state investors that buy small multifamily properties. Having that capability in-house creates a seamless process for your investor clients. It also helps a ton in the due diligence process. It doesn't hurt to have an additional service to sell as well. There are plenty of times that someone will contact me about property management, but eventually become a client on the agent side.
