San Antonio Home remodel help.
Hi y'all, I'm located in San Antonio TX and in need of advice. My father recently passed leaving me with his home. It currently has a swimming pool that i will probably be filling with dirt depending on the cost to repair. My father thought he was a handy man and did a lot of modifications to the interior of the house himself but they're not the best. I can afford remodeling it but I really don't know where to start based on all of the issues. My question - is there anyone local to San Antonio that can take a look at the property and give me some guidance on where to start. I'm more than glad to pay you for your time and input. Thanks!
