Does anyone know a reasonable AC person near San Antonio Texas? Not one of the super big expensive outfits. I am looking for someone that’s more like a mom and pop operator that works with investors to give them a great deal.

    I would highly recommend Mitch Barela, the owner of Barela Heating and Air. He has done great work for my San Antonio investor clients in the past. A quick google search for his company name will bring up contact info.

    We had a 1200 sq ft new central HVAC system installed for 5900$ by him.
