Nevada Street, San Antonio area
I am an out of area newbie trying to get started with buying rental properties in san antonio. I'm currently looking into the Nevada street area because of its closeness to downtown san antonio. Any advise on the rentability of the area and advise in general on the area from local investors. Thanks.
