Seeking real estate agent and property manager
I am looking for a property manager and real estate agent to help me find a light fixer of a buy and hold. Already pre approved for 210k max purchase. Hoping to find something cheaper to put some equity in. I know this might be a tough one considering how hot the market is. Only on my second property. I have one in Hutto, north Austin, but am now priced out. Thanks in advance.
