This post is for all the SFH buy and hold investors in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Where are the current SFH rent hot/cold spots in the DFW area? The chill continues...
This calculation is the median monthly rents for a 3 bedroom 2 bath in the specified zip codes. The terms are rent appreciations for the time period (ie. 1 year %'s are the change in rents from 2015-09 to 2016-09, 2 year %'s are the change in rents from 2014-09 to 2016-09,...).
