Advice on finding my first deal
I am a new investor in need of recommendations for funding my first deal. I was planning on doing a HML for the majority of the property purchase price and then using my savings for the rehab. I am hesitant to use the HML based on the fact that the interest rate is 13% which will greatly eat into my potential profit margin. Does anyone know any other private lenders in the Keller/ft worth area? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
