Advice needed from Investors
I just moved here to invest but do not know much about the market. I don't have a great credit score and no money saved up but I know there are ways around that starting out! Anyone have any advice on my first purchase and how to go about it? I was thinking buying a couple in tax sales and fix and flip. Any advice would be great as well as financing. Thanks!
