Looking to buy Apartment buildings w/ 1031 exchange
Hi - I am a local investor with a portfolio of SFRs in the Dallas market. I am considering selling some of my single family houses and buying an apartment building. I know how 1031 exchanges work, but have never used them before. If you are a reputed commercial real estate professional or 1031 expert who has helped investors move from SFRs to apartments before, I would love to talk to you. Thanks
