House Hack + 1st Time Home Buyer + Foundation Repair...

I've found a home that I think would make a decent 1st home with roommates. The house only needs a few cosmetic changes and is listed under <$300K in Plano, TX. Unfortunately, the house had foundation issues, but were repaired a couple years ago. I've been told that there is a lifetime warranty with work.

What questions would you suggest I ask the selling agent? Should I have concerns about the home?

Thanks for your help in advance!
