Contractor/Subs for a BRRR?

Hey BP/Austin,

I'm in contract on a Fourplex somewhat close to downtown with the intent to BRRR.

I'm looking at rehabing the units as they become available with the first unit being open in August.

The Units are in need of...

Attic work including some frame reinforcement, nothing major

Flooring

Kitchen

Windows

Paint

HVAC

Do you guys have any RELIABLE, recommended subs/contractor?

I'm an investor from the bay area and I have my guys out here but this will be my first property in Austin so I was hoping to get some referrals/recommendations.
