If any of you flippers are looking for a strong, motivated, flexible, and hard-working individual to do the dirty job of rehabbing a house, that is taking out cabinets, tearing down walls, landscape work, painting, anything pretty much, then I'm your guy. I would be willing to help you and I would totally do it for FREE! All I would ask in return is for you to teach me a thing or two about real estate investing or you let me job shadow you for a day.
