I'm looking for recommendations for a 1031 exchangor you've worked with. I'd like to talk to him/her about going from a SFR in Round Rock to a multi-unit in Austin.

@Nitin Dhiman, Any intermediary with a national presence can help you out with your potential exchange from the 1031 side. Like kind real estate is defined by use not by type. Any real estate held for productive use in trade business or for investment can be exchanged other real estate you intend to hold the same way. So an exchange from SFR to Muilt is perfectly fine.
