Need help with a lease to purchase option
I am a realtor and I have a client that wants to do a lease option to buy and I have no experience with this. The funny thing is that I I actually had started reading and looking into lease to buy right before this client contacted me.
My question is, is there anyone in the Austin area that has experience with this that would be willing to take on this client for a small fee and with the contingency of mentoring me in the process as you help this client.
