Austin Rehab Vendors/Contractors

Hey all,

Acquiring my first property soon, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on contractors in the Austin, TX area? I'm looking to do cosmetic work throughout 1/2 of a duplex as I house-hack it. The other 1/2 is in decent condition and I may apply some cosmetic rehab in the future. To date, I've reached out to the following after doing some preliminary research via HomeAdvisor:
