Commercial zoning question
Hello, what are the benefits and disadvantages of a current area been changed from residential zoning to commercial? How does it impact the homes in the area (in terms of taxes, property value, etc?

@Renee Burke If the zoning of the property were changed to include commercial uses, the value of the property would likely increase as people like me would look at it's development potential. The downside is you could potentially have a bar or something next door... I guess if that's a downside?
