Prominence vs. Century Communities at Crystal Falls
Hi,
We are considering purchasing a townhome in Crystal Falls community, Leander. Currently looking at Prominence and Century Communities. While Prominence units have a single car garage and back up to the high end Crystal Falls neighborhood, Century community in Crystal Springs seems to have better rated schools and 2 car garage.
Our goal is to rent this place and hopefully cash flow. Also looking for appreciation. Would love to get your feedback on both.
