Georgetown or Del Valle
Looking to purchase in a Lennar home and trying to decide in either of the two areas. Plan on renting home and waiting for appreciation. Where do you recommend? Based on research, Georgetown seems to be a little bit more upscale with good school districts, but I suspect Del Valle will have more growth. I live out of state. Thanks.
