Hi Guys, any one heard about the Station at St Elmo?
A friend is considering buying a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condo for 345K + 20K for bells and whistles. HOA is around 160 PM. The property is in a once highly industrialized area. Tesla has opened a showroom right across the street, and renovation projects like The Yard have already started. How is the rental market in this area?
I am not a big fan of condos, but what do I know.
