Multifamilies in Santiago, Chile

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and i've been reading a lot and listening to all episodes of the Pod Cast.

I am Chilean and live in Santiago and my question may seem surprising, but if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.

Are there any multifamilies properties in Santiago Chile? It seems that duplexes and apartment complex are sold by unit, is there anyone who owns or knows about the existence a multifamily that works like an american Duplex, i mean ownig a 2 unit duplex, or a 20 unit multifamily.
