Polish Developer

I was wondering if I could get some help from the users. I’m Turkish and lately have been interested in buying property in Eastern Europe. A friend of mine gave me some tips, but I wanted to have a wider perspective.
The question is: does anyone know “MARVIPOL Development”, Polish developer? They are building quite nice apartments in Warsaw, I saw “Prosta Tower” the latest project. I think I could make money out of it, but I have no idea about the investor, if it is trustworthy and timely? Considering the fact of the city development, polish tax law changing and entering the euro zone the timing is very important. If you know them, please be so kind and share your opinion with me.
